Exchanges and Returns.

We understand it can be tricky purchasing online. Our return policy ensures that you can exchange unused items in their original condition and packaging within 10 days for store credit or a full refund.

What items are returnable?

  • Waist Trainers
  • Body suits/body shapers
  • Post op fajas
  • Waist training Vests and Sweat Belts

What items are non-returnable?

  • Butt Lifters
  • Thongs

Are there any charges for an exchange or return? Customers must provide their own postage for returns/exchanges, for exchanges we will ship back to you for FREE, one time only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return/Exchange Requirements

Returns are subject to quality approval by our returns department. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if the garment is missing the criteria listed below. Please take extra care to inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:

  • Within 10 days of purchase
  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Free of hair and odors
  • No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles
  • Original Packaging
  • Sewn in tags attached
  • Not bent in half to ship back
  • Unstained

In the package, include your order number and full name.

How soon will I get my store credit or refund?

Once your return is received, please allow 3-5 days for our returns department to process and inspect your return You will then receive your refund or store credit via email to reorder the new size or style.
