FAJAS.COM RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Fajas, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 10-day return or exchange policy if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your garment. You have up to 10 days from the delivery date to return your garment for a full refund or store credit. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. To initiate a return/exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] and provide them with your: Full name, order number and reason for return. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response (this will not affect your deadline).
Customers are responsible for paying for their own postage for returns and exchanges, and we do not provide pre-paid shipping labels. Please allow our quality assurance team to inspect your return, it may take up to 10-15 business days for us to process your refund.
Please be aware that our quality assurance department follows a checklist to determine return eligibility, and we reserve the right to refuse a return if the garment is not in its original condition, is beyond the 10-day deadline, or does not meet our quality standards. A refusal of return or a 15% restocking fee will be charged if the garment does not meet the criteria listed below. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the refused return. If the garment appears to be used and has bodily secretions such as discharge or blood, strong odor, it will be returned to the customer, and no refund or store credit will be given. Additionally, there are certain items that are non-returnable and considered final sale. Please review our list of non-returnable items before initiating a return.
Please ensure that all returned items meet the following requirements:
- Free of hair and odors (body odor or perfume)
- No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Not stained (deodorant white markings, bodily secretions)
- Not damaged (broken zipper, torn, etc.)
- Missing straps
- Not a final sale garment

*Please note that certain situations may result in the refusal of a return or exchange, including but not limited to products that show excessive wear and tear, missing or cut sewn-in tag proof of authentication, items damaged by misuse, alterations, bodily secretion, and white markings, and instances of abuse of the Fajas Return Policy.*
Are there any charges for an exchange or return?
We require that customers use a traceable delivery method when returning or exchanging their garments to ensure that the package can be tracked in case of any issues during transit or handling. Please note that Fajas Intl. will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit or handling.
For exchanges, the processing time is 1-3 business days, and customers will be charged a shipping cost of $8.75 for their new order. In case of exchange cancellation, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied due to limited stock or special requests. Customers will receive an email with an invoice for the shipping cost of their exchange.
How soon will I receive my store credit or refund?
Please note that it may take up to 10-15 business days for your store credit or refund to be processed after Fajas Intl. receives your return. This period allows Fajas Intl.'s quality assurance department to inspect and process your return. After your return or exchange has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your refund. Please keep in mind that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider."
In the unlikely event that you discover a manufacturing defect in your garment, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order to report the issue. We will review your claim, which must include photographs of the defect, and notify you of its approval. To be eligible for a replacement, the defective garment must be the same style and size and meet our criteria. Failure to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the garment with the required information may result in the denial of your claim.
