Exchanges and Returns

We understand it can be tricky purchasing online. Our return policy ensures that you can exchange/return unused items in their original condition and packaging must be recieved within 10 days from the date your package is marked as delivered for return.  Please be advised your order will not be eligible for return/exchange if your past the deadline. No exceptions.COVID-19 annoucement update/HOLlDAY times: We have been working around the clock to implent safeguards in our distribution centers, for your safety and ours please adhere to all of return/exchange requirements. Please be advised no exceptions will be made during this time.

  • Body shapers
  • Post-OP garments are subjected to approval.
  • Orders within the 10 days of eligbility

What items are non-returnable/FINAL SALE GARMENTS?

  • Butt Lifters
  • Body Shaper Thongs
  • Swimsuits
  • SPECIAL REQUEST ORDERS (XS,XXS,XXXS, 5XL,6XL)
  • Accessories (arm compression sleeves/AB boards, BBL pillows)

Are there any charges for an exchange or return?

Customers must provide their own postage for returns and exchanges, for exchanges you will be charged $7.95 to ship your new order. Garments are subjected for a max of two exchanges, the second exchange will be final saleShipping fees are non-refundable. 

Return/Exchange Requirements

Returns are subject to quality approval by our quality assurance department. We reserve the right to refuse a returned garment if there are any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, damage, bodily secretions, missing tags, cut sewn in tag (proof authenticity), past the 10 day deadline and not its original packaging and you will be responsible for the postage back to you. Return/exchange garments must be received within the 10 days, to be eligible for return or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS.  A 15% restocking fee (price of the garment)/ will be charged if the garment is missing the criteria listed below. Please take extra care to inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:
  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Free of hair and odors (body odor or perfume)
  • No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles
  • Original Packaging
  • Tags attached 
  • Sewn in tags attached
  • Unstained (Deodorant white markings, bodily secretions)
  • Not damaged (broken zipper, torn, etc.)
  • Missing straps
  • NOT a final sale garment
How do I exchange or return? 
In order to process your return/exchange request, please send an email to [email protected], in the subject line please include the following: (order number return/exchange request), all orders will be subjected for approval. All return/exchange orders will be processed via the [email protected] email only, allow 1 business day for a response. Please do not ship your garment without an approval response and do not ship your garment to return address. Please note garments that are received past the 10 day return window, cut sewn-in proof authenticity tags, and or final sale garments will not be accepted for exchange/return. They will be refused. Items returned that do not meet the above requirements will be charged a 15% fee/return back to you. We will notify all customers who have sent us unqualified returns for any of the above checkmarks. If you wish to cancel your exchange for a return, after your exchange request was submitted, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee, due to limited stock and special requests. 

 RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

1Please send an email to [email protected] in the subject include (order number return/exchange request). Please allow 1 business day to receive an approval response. Once you have received an email approval. You will be responsible for your own postage. In the package, please include a note with your full name and order number. Please ship your garment using a traceable form of delivery. Do not return the package to the return address.              
 
 
2. Send us an email to [email protected] with your tracking number so we may track your return/exchange.
3. (For EXCHANGES ONLY) Once your exchange has processed, you will receive an email containing the invoice for the shipping of your exchange. 
 
How soon will I get my store credit or refund?
Once your return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for our quality assurance department to inspect and process your return. Once your return/exchange has processed and your refund is issued you will be notified via email with your refund confirmation. Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to be reflected in your credit/debit/paypal account (this may vary depending on your financial institution).
 
Faulty Item
In the rare event there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of the delivery of your garment to inform us of the issue, claim will be subjected to approval. If we are not notified within 24 hours of receiving the garment, it cannot qualify for a return or replacement. The replacement of the garment must be the same style and size and must meet the criteria above. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email for us to address your concern.
