Exchanges and Returns

If you are not happy with your garment, we will gladly accept your return, your garment must be returned to our facility within 10 days of the delivery date. We do not provide a pre-paid labels/order confirmation slips. All of your purchase information and shipping confirmations will be found in your email. Below please be refer to our Faja checklist to ensure your order is eligible for a return/exchange. 

***ALL SALE/PROMOTIONS BLACK FRIDAY-CYBER MONDAY are NON-REFUNDABLE purchases and will eligible for store credit only. ***

 To initiate return/exchange please follow instructions below:

1. Please email [email protected] only, with your order number (0000*****) and reason for return. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive an approval email. To locate your order number please check your email/junk spam folder. Please do not ship your garment back without an approval email.

The garment(s) must be received back in our warehouse within 10 days of receipt for a full refund /store credit to be given. Any return received past the 10 day period and or not found in its original condition it will be returned back to the sender and not accepted for return nor exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund, store credit/exchange if the garment(s) returned are not in the alloted time, original condition or do meet our quality standards. For sanitary reasons please keep underwear on when trying on the garment.

Please note: We cannot accept a return/exchange (even within 10 days) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:

  • Products showing excessive wear and tear (missing/cut sewn-in tag proof of authentication).
  • Past the 10 day deadline (no exceptions).
  • Items damaged by misuse, alterations, bodily secretion, white markings.
  • Items listed as final sale garments/accessories.
  • Instances of abuse of the Fajas Return Policy.
 
Return/Exchange Checklist 
Returns are subject to quality approval by our quality assurance department.Return/exchange garments must be received within the 10 days of the delivery date, to be eligible for return or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS.  A 15% restocking fee (the price of the garment)will be charged if the garment is missing the criteria listed below. In the event your garment appears to be used and there is bodily seceretions as discharge/blood, it will be return back to you, and no refund or store credit will be given. Please take extra care to inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:
  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Free of hair and odors (body odor or perfume)
  • No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles
  • Original Packaging
  • Tags attached 
  • Cancellation of exchange request
  • Unstained (Deodorant white markings, bodily secretions)
  • Not damaged (broken zipper, torn, etc.)
  • Missing straps
  • NOT a final sale garment

What items are non-returnable/FINAL SALE GARMENTS?

Garments missing the sewn-in tag (proof of authentication)

  • FINAL SALE ITEMS
  • SALE ITEMS (BLACK FRIDAY THRU-CYBER MONDAY SALE)
  • Body Shaper Thongs
  • Swimsuits
  • SPECIAL REQUEST ORDERS OR sizes 4XL AND UP (XS,XXS,XXXS, 4XL,5XL,6XL)

FAQS

Are there any charges for an exchange or return?

Customers must provide their own postage for returns and exchanges, for exchanges you will be charged $8.75 to ship your new order. The original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.  If you wish to cancel your exchange you will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee due to the limited stock/special requests. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your exchange, we thank you for your patience.

 RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

1Please send an email to [email protected] in the subject include (order number return/exchange request). You will be contacted by customer service within one business day. All orders must be approved. Do NOT ship your garment back to the return address. For exchange please include your desired exchange size. Please include a note with your full name and order number in the package. Please ship your garment using a traceable form of delivery, and forward us the tracking number. Fajas Intl. will not be responsible for loss of damage during transit or handling.

 
2. All exchanges are processed within 1-3 business days of retrieval, you will receive an email containing the invoice for the shipping cost of your exchange. (EXCHANGES ONLY) If you wish to cancel your exchange a 15% restocking will be applied towards your order. Fajas Intl. will not be responsible for loss of damage during transit or handling.
 
How soon will I get my store credit or refund?
Once your return is received, please allow 10-15 business days for our quality assurance department to inspect and process your return. Once your return/exchange has been processed and your refund is issued you will be notified via email with your refund confirmation. Refund processing times will be dependent on your bank/credit card provider. 
 
Faulty Item
In the rare event there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of the delivery of your garment to inform us of the issue, claim will be subjected to approval. Must include photographs of defects. If we are not notified within 24 hours of receiving the garment with the requested information, your claim will not be approved. The replacement of the garment must be the same style and size and must meet the criteria above. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email for us to address your concern.
